Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or receiving services at Muang Thai Modern Massage Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking an appointment or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Muang Thai Modern Massage Inc. provides massage therapy and related wellness services at 2154 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6K 2C8. All services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes. Our services do not constitute medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

2. Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments can be made by phone at 604-428-9698 or online.
  • Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time to accommodate other clients.
  • Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

4. Health Disclosure

For your safety and wellbeing, please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications prior to your treatment. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Pregnancy or recent surgery
  • Skin conditions, open wounds, or infections
  • Cardiovascular conditions or blood clotting disorders
  • Allergies to oils, balms, or topical products

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for you. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases Muang Thai Modern Massage Inc. from any liability arising from your treatment.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available in-studio or upon request.

6. Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff. Any inappropriate, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in a permanent ban from our premises.

Massage therapy is a professional health and wellness service. Any sexual comments or advances will not be tolerated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Liability

Muang Thai Modern Massage Inc. shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or adverse reaction resulting from services received, where such an outcome arises from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by the client, or from a pre-existing condition not disclosed prior to treatment.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto our premises.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
